Open End Nail Rivet

Cost effective single side application, non structural blind break stem rivets offer fast assembly solutions with a wide range of material and grip range selections. The setting mandrel is retained within the rivet body when set which provides high grip and pull-up strength.

Available in open end and closed end configurations with head profiles of dome, large flange and countersunk. Materials: aluminum alloy, steel and stainless steel.

Break stem “nail” rivets are grip sensitive to application. It is imperative to correctly size the rivet to each applications material thickness in order to achieve the required tensile strength.
