Multi-Grip Stavex Rivet

Multigrip rivets offer single fastener solutions to multiple material thickness fastening requirements resulting in reduced fastener inventories. Good hole fill provides strong, vibration resistant joints and compensates for irregular, oversized, slotted or misaligned holes. Retained stem fastener provides a moisture resistant seal and avoids problems associated with loose or rattling stems and spread tail clamp load makes it ideal for thin sheet materials. Recommended for use in automotive, commercial vehicular, appliances, electronics, general light industrial, heating and ventilation, etc.

Multigrip rivets have up to 76% more shear strength and up to 58% more tensile strength than standard aluminum “Nail” rivets and are set with standard rivet tooling.

Available in aluminum alloy body with coated steel or stainless steel stem in dome head, large flange head and 120º countersunk profiles.
