Maxigrip Two Piece Wide Grip Lockbolts

High strength vibration resistant wide grip range lockbolt and collar system. The maxigrip lockbolt is placed through the work piece and the collar is placed over the lockbolt end. The two pieces are swaged together using the appropriate setting tool and the lockbolt is broken off flush with the collar. Available in diameters of 3/16” and 1/4” in zinc plated steel and polished aluminum finish as noted. Three collar profiles are available for 3/16” maxigrip and two collar profiles are available for 1/4” maxigrip. Drill size: 13/64” for 3/16” fastener and 17/64” for 1/4” fastener.

Recommended Placing Tools: NG-4 Hydro-Pneumatic Tool equipped with applicably sized nose equipment for diameter fastener being placed.
