Avtainer® Fastening System – Plated Head

High shear strength leak resistant 3/8” lockbolt and sleeve system specific for joining FRP and composite panels to metal rails and frames in truck/trailer and container applications.

The mechanical placing of the controlled grip Avtainer® fastener internally locks the sleeve with the pin which creates a vibration resistant joint.

The pin features a Santoprene washer under the zinc plated low carbon steel low profile pin head.

Two sleeve profiles are available to allow sleeve placement against either metal or non metal surfaces.

Fasteners with grip ranges from .500” through to 1.562” are available.
